TRANSACAP was founded in 2017 by Loriane ARNAC after several years of experience in wine clearance. The company is built on solid foundations acquired over time, including knowledge of the constraints and issues of the clearance market. From the outset, Loriane's goal was to make TRANSACAP a company close to its partners, able to find the solution best suited to their needs.

Our company offers firm, fast, and discreet buyback solutions to clear a company's dormant inventory. These stocks are then sold in batches to a selective network where all advertising is prohibited. We allow consumers to buy safely and at a good price, through our partners, but also through our own stores, while preserving our suppliers' brand image. It's a win-win model.

Made up of a very active team focused on finding new partners and new clearance lots, we also support companies with logistics, to give them greater peace of mind.

Each project proposed by a supplier is carefully studied, always keeping the same objective: to provide a quick and concrete response to our contact: at what price can we take back their stock and under what conditions?

We work with all types of companies, regardless of their structure, size, or distribution channels. Indeed, a company that produces or distributes may need a stock clearance solution within a year.

We deal with artisan producers as well as trading companies, distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers, as well as large-scale and mass-market players.

Our warehouses, covering a total area of 3,000 m², allow us to efficiently manage the transit of large quantities of products. Since the company's inception, more than 4 million bottles of wine have passed through our facilities, before being transferred to our network of clearance specialists.

As soon as you submit unsold stock to us, we quickly conduct a product analysis:

  • Its value: what price this product was sold at in its traditional channel.
  • Its current quality: tasting quality, its characteristics, its range.
  • Its packaging: trendy, seller, well-known brand, private label, no-name.
  • Its turnover: what is the demand for this product among our customers?
  • Its discount: what discount should we apply to sell the entire stock quickly?

We submit our proposal to you, systematically including fast and secure payment conditions as well as transport at our expense.

We collect your goods and deliver them to one of our logistics partners; storage platforms allow us to operate throughout the country.

We resell your lot on the clearance market and only to these players within short timeframes and with discretion.
